I facilitate growth by working with you to identify your strengths and passions, reduce interference and distractions, and clarify a path forward. I'm a "Swiss Army Knife" of skills, aptitudes, experience, and passion. I like to be real, go deep, and add value that enables you to flourish.

I leverage exceptional communication, creative-thinking and problem-solving skills, with high-grade emotional intelligence to your benefit and the results are as rewarding for me as they are effective for you.

My Experience

"Transition" isn't just a buzz word for me. It's unavoidable in life and I have experienced it to a CRAZY degree. I've "nailed it" and "failed it" enough times to bring value to your experience. My story is part of what makes me effective in transition coaching.

Twenty-five+ years of leading, coaching, mentoring, teaching, lay-counseling, training, and public speaking.
A B.S. in Legal Studies and an M.Ed. in Advanced Teaching.
As a Certified Highlands Company Consultant, I leverage their aptitude test in conjunction with the Whole Person Coaching Method toward your growth.
My wife, Alex, and I are certified SYMBIS® Facilitators, helping couples prepare for a shared future in rich, rewarding, and healthy ways. We're suckers for love!
As an ordained minister, I understand the unique challenges and rewards related to leading faith communities.
I've helped clients write books, start businesses, repair relationships, and generally just live more fruitful and free.
As a corporate trainer, business owner, non-profit leader, and someone with experience in federal grant environments, I can relate to just about wherever you are.
